I have uploaded to Zenodo the preprint of my theoretical work on Submerged Individual Goals (SIG) and the operational model Individual Objective Scan (IOS).
The contribution originates from the observation that in contemporary contexts, characterized by greater individualization and more fluid group affiliations, a significant portion of tensions does not stem from explicit disagreements over collective goals, but from individual goals that remain unexpressed.
The paper introduces the construct of Submerged Individual Goals, clarifies its distinction from related concepts such as hidden agendas or latent goals, and proposes a preliminary diagnostic model, the IOS, designed to improve conflict classification and the stability of negotiated solutions.
This is a preprint, meaning a version that has not yet undergone peer review, published to establish the theoretical priority of the model and to encourage scholarly discussion and critical engagement.

Critical feedback is, of course, welcome.
